Throop Beat 3

Fished the evenings on beat 3 at throop.  Fished at or near the pipe bridge swim with halibut pellets. 

Work is due to start shortly on the Blackwater bridge and so the parking at this point looks set to be not possible soon as the road will be closed.

Alas we continued our (non)success rate on the fish front.
