Found out you could park in the golf car park, providing you took the club key.  Shorter and less golf ball dangerous walk to the spot that is becoming an obsession this summer.

Rigged up again on hair rigged pellets.  No bites for me tonight, though there was one enormous splash nearby.  Would love to see what type of fish this is.

Current debate is between a large carp/barbel or at the outside a pike.
